Refund policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund or exchange for a product or service that you have purchased through Munchaloo (operated by RAJSU FOOD PRODUCTS LLP). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellations
Orders placed on Munchaloo cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. As we dispatch orders on the same day they are placed, we are unable to entertain cancellation requests after an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, along with clear images of the item and packaging. The request will be entertained once RAJSU FOOD PRODUCTS LLP has checked and verified the same at its own end. After reviewing your complaint, our customer service team will take an appropriate decision.
Product Not as Described
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, along with all relevant images. Our customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
Products with a Manufacturer Warranty
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must have its original packaging.
- If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request) only if such items are found to be defective or damaged. There may be certain categories of products that are exempted from returns or refunds; such categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.
To place a return or exchange request for an eligible product, please send us an email at info@munchaloo.com. Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned or exchanged product. If the request is approved after our quality check, it will be processed in accordance with our policies.
Refunds
In case of any refunds approved by RAJSU FOOD PRODUCTS LLP, it will take 3–4 working days for the refund to be processed to you. Any shipping cost(s) levied at the time of purchase are not refundable.
