Shipping policy

Orders on Munchaloo (operated by RAJSU FOOD PRODUCTS LLP) are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. We ship worldwide.

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched on the same day the order is placed, subject to courier company and post office norms. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. RAJSU FOOD PRODUCTS LLP shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority.

Delivery Address

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on the email ID specified at the time of registration.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping.
• Orders below ₹499 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

Any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or Platform Owner are not refundable. All applicable taxes (5%) are inclusive of the displayed price.
